The PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer exam covers seven competency domains:

Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an anti-bribery management system

Domain 4: Implementing an ABMS based on ISO 37001

Domain 5: Monitoring and measurement of an ABMS based on ISO 37001

Domain 7: Preparing for an ABMS certification audit

Certification Path

Four credential levels are available:

PECB Certified ISO 37001 Provisional Implementer

• Pass the exam
• No professional experience required
• Sign the PECB Code of Ethics

PECB Certified ISO 37001 Implementer

• Pass the exam
• Two years professional experience (one year in anti-bribery management)
• Complete 200 hours of ABMS project experience
• Sign the PECB Code of Ethics

PECB Certified ISO 37001 Lead Implementer

• Pass the exam
• Five years professional experience (two years in anti-bribery management)
• Complete 300 hours of ABMS project experience
• Sign the PECB Code of Ethics

PECB Certified ISO 37001 Senior Lead Implementer

• Pass the exam
• Ten years professional experience (seven years in anti-bribery management)
• Complete 1,000 hours of ABMS project experience
• Sign the PECB Code of Ethics

Note: PECB certified individuals who possess Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor credentials qualify for the respective PECB Master credential, given that they have taken four additional Foundation exams related to this scheme.
